He is expert in understanding the business models and Finance modelling which has curated structured financial models for clients and making them run business smoothly. His is acting as financial advisor for many fintech startup. His abundant knowledge of International Taxation has been fruitful for his clients. On personal front he loves to play Billiards, has represented his home state at national competitions and stands in list of top cuiest of billiards for several years.

With over a decade of experience in accounting, taxation and fintech, Fenil with his analytical skills and hawk-eye is a driving force behind Fidegrity. Working with multiple small to medium businesses to large enterprises, he understands and realizes that most entrepreneurs indeed need accounting and financial advice from time-to-time. The realization has shaped his perspective as a team and influences many of Fidegrity client projects. Fenil previously worked in Edelweiss Financial Services a multinational company. He is a Fellow Member of ICAI and ICMAI. On personal front he loves playing cricket and never misses an opportunity to travel and explore new places.

Kiran is Fellow Member of The Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, having 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation. He is expert in understanding and analyzing the Technology side of business and is expert in System Audits of Banks in India. A Rank holder in Graduation and has been honored by the Gold Medals by the University. His abundant knowledge of Taxation has been fruitful for his clients. On personal front he loves to play Volleyball, has represented his home state at national competitions.
